Shipping Policy
- We strive to deliver all products purchased from AI Nutrition in excellent condition within 3 to 7 days.
- Prepaid orders are dispatched within 1 working day. We do provide COD, however, if your pin code does not fall in the COD pin code list, you will be requested to provide an alternative address or pay online.
- For Every Cash on Delivery customer have to pay additional Rs. 100/-
- We recommend customers to pay online for the fastest delivery and avoid COD charges.
- Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a safe delivery location or consider using delivery instructions provided by the carrier, as they also update when the shipment is delivered to buyer, in case no such shipment is delivered and update received to you delivered that in such cases you have to inform without wasting any time to us.
