Return & Refund Policy

Note : No Refund will be applicable in any circumstances except Order cancellation before dispatch from our Warehouse

The Company has no return / cancellation acceptance until it is satisfied that there has been an unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, we give an option to inform us within 2 days on our e-mail, WhatsApp or call of the date of receipt of products in the below cases

Do not accept any product which seems to be tampered by the courier services.
Please make an unboxing video while opening the packaging as a supporting proof.
Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

As above mentioned conditions if followed, we will deliver your exchange product within 7 days.

However, if you want to cancel your order and wants refund, therefore you have to inform us before dispatch the order, once order has been dispatch no refund will be entertained. In case of order cancellation before dispatch then 100% amount will be refunded within 3 days.

We won't be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

For exchange, if received wrong or damaged product, Please courier the product back to our address i.e. 87 Pocket – 4 Sector A-10 Narela Delhi, Pincode – 110040 or if you are unable to send the product at our warehouse address then we will pick up the product from your residence, we will charge nominal fee for reverse pickup shipment, the charges for reverse pickup will be shared by our team before the pickup.
